The first instalment of the UWIAA CHTM’s ‘CHTM Conversations’ was held on March 5 2021.  It was an amazing time of learning, introspection, and re-spiriting.  Our guest presenter Mamta Saha expertly and gracefully led the fifty-eight participants through the fundamentals of mindfulness practice for “Managing Well-Being in Shaping the New Normal”.

 

Mamta explained aspects of the neuroscience regarding the negative impact of stress on our physical bodies.  Then she shared seven simple yet powerful mindfulness tools to shift from overwhelm to thriving.

Respondents to our survey rated the experience a 9.5 out of 10 and they are looking forward to more!  We are excited to have Mamta join us again very soon.  In the meantime, here is the video excerpt of the CHTM Conversations with Mamta highlighting the tips and tools shared!
